Formed in 1990, the Hamilton Wildcats is a member club of the Australian Football League of Ontario (AFLO). Over our 30+ year existence, the Wildcats have welcomed over 300 men and women to the unique game of Australian Rules Football from across the world.

History

The Hamilton Wildcats Australian Football Club (HWAFC) was founded by Bill Frampton who took a keen interest in Australian Football and was inspired by the rapid growth of other Australian Football League of Ontario teams throughout the GTA in the late 1980s.

Trophies

Achievements

Throughout the years the Wildcat men and woman have had many successful seasons but recent years have brought the club the biggest successes. The woman's team made it to the Grand Final three seasons in a row, winning in 2019 and 2023. The men made it to back to back Grand Finals, winning in 2022.
